You can also rent these on the boat, but I would recommend bringing your own to save money and avoid getting cuts from the rough stones on the beach.
If you want to get a different perspective on the beach, I would highly recommend going for a sunset walk up to the top of the cliffs that overlook Kelingking Beach. It is a gorgeous view and gives you a better idea of how massive the waves really are.
Another cool thing to do on your trip to Nusa Penida is to go to Thousand Island Viewpoint and check out the Tree House (Rumah Pohon) that has popped up here recently! It is perched up there on the cliff and costs about 10,000 rupiah to enter which is super cheap for such an insane view.
